A lot of criticism in the comment section. But after reading “Accelerate” — which actually proves that these are not only opinions but what high performing teams use to gain an advantage — I’m still reluctant to go for it.

As a developer it’s so much easier to work with PRs, late feedback, in isolation.

I can see this as the main reason behind all this criticism. We have to change but it’s difficult.
